How much does the weight loss membership cost?

You’ll pay $39 for your first month. After that, the membership auto-renews at $149 per month. Medication is not included in the membership cost, and baseline in-house labs are $30.

What are the medication costs?

Medication costs depend on your dosage. For Wegovy® and Foundayo™, medication costs start at approximately $5 per day, or $149 per month. Higher-dose tiers cost approximately $10 per day, or $299 per month. Your exact cost will depend on the medication and dosage prescribed. For tirzepatide injections, medicine and injection supplies are about $300 every 4–6 weeks, depending on dose.

Is insurance required?

No. We are a cash-based practice, so insurance is not required and there are no prior authorization delays. We can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Are follow-up visits required?

Yes, ongoing monitoring is part of safe weight loss care. For Wegovy® pill, follow-up visits and text-based check-ins are included. For tirzepatide injections, follow-up medical visits are required before refills.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email or through the patient portal, takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds are issued. Canceling your membership also cancels any active medication plan.

What side effects should I know about?

Common GLP-1 side effects can include nausea, vomiting, headache, fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal discomfort, bloating, indigestion, burping, or low blood sugar. These are often more noticeable when starting treatment or adjusting the dose, and we monitor your progress to help manage side effects safely.
