Thomas and Jackie are wonderful. Oasis is the best place for ketamine therapy. The location is an hour away from me but still, I choose to go here bc of the level of care that I receive. I highly recommend!

I’m in perimenopause and was looking for an office focused on hormone optimization, not just ‘normal’ levels. After contacting a few places, Dr. Milbrandt personally replied to my email and answered my questions, which gave me the confidence to book. The office is calm and welcoming—not your typical doctor’s visit. Jackie and Thomas were both friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to starting this journey and seeing results in the coming months.

Dr.Milbrandt has been my doctor for many years, and I am eternally grateful to have found him. I became a patient of his prior to Oasis's founding, and came over to this practice in order to continue seeing him. Besides addiction treatment with subutex and counseling, he has helped me through so many ordeals and issues, and unlike many other doctors, really understands what somebody like me goes through with their struggles. Everybody in the office is always welcoming and friendly. Their flexibility has made my chaotic life workable, when others would have left me medicationless, or rejected entirely. If you are struggling with addiction, depression, trauma or other demons, please give this practice a call. My life has truly been turned around, from a complete hopeless, unlivable mess to a functional, happy existence. - Adam I.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know Before Starting Your Journey
What causes anxiety to become chronic?
A combination of biology, stress, and life experience can all play a role, which is why treatment is discussed individually with your provider. Chronic anxiety may be influenced by ongoing stress, trauma, genetics, nervous system changes, lifestyle factors, or untreated mental health concerns.
Will I need medication long-term?
Not always. Some people benefit from medication for a period of time, while others may use therapy, lifestyle support, ketamine therapy, or other personalized treatment options depending on their symptoms and goals.
Can anxiety and depression be treated together?
Yes. Anxiety and depression often overlap, and many people experience symptoms of both at the same time. At Oasis Wellness & Recovery, your provider can help create a treatment plan that addresses both conditions together instead of treating them separately.
How do I get started?
The first step is scheduling a consultation with Oasis Wellness & Recovery. Our team will review your symptoms, health history, and goals to determine which treatment options may be the best fit for you.
